Senior Data Scientist (GenAI) - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist (GenAI) for our Athens team. You will build GenAI-powered applications and agentic architectures, selecting the right LLMs and performing prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

This is a full-time hybrid position at the forefront of Kaizen's AI development.

Translate product requirements into AI problems with the highest business impact
Architect agentic and GenAI systems for production use
Select appropriate LLMs and tune their performance for specific tasks
Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
Collaborate closely with cross-functional tech teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions

Deep understanding of LLMs and agentic architectures
Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications in production
Strong skills in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
Solid background in data science and machine learning fundamentals
Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional tech teams
