Product Manager - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring a Product Manager for our Athens team's Casino RNG vertical. You will lead a Scrum team delivering a world-class portfolio of digital casino games in partnership with leading game providers.

This is a full-time hybrid position offering the chance to shape an engaging, competitive casino product.

Lead one Scrum team as the Product Manager
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project
Create requirements in the form of epics and stories
Manage the backlog and iteration planning process
Lead planning of product release schedules and delivery expectations

Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in gaming or casino products
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Ability to create clear requirements and manage a product backlog
Experience partnering with designers, engineers, and external providers
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
