Senior AI Product Analyst - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring a Senior AI Product Analyst for our Athens team. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to define success metrics and optimize the performance of AI products.

This is a full-time hybrid position at the heart of Kaizen's AI-driven personalization efforts.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve and optimize AI product performance
Define success metrics aligned with business goals for AI products
Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders
Communicate data stories and product insights effectively across the organization
Translate business goals into actionable data insights

Advanced analytics skills with a passion and curiosity for data
Experience working on AI or ML-driven products
Strong collaboration skills with product managers and data scientists
Ability to define and track KPIs for AI product performance
Strong communication and storytelling skills
