Group AI Product Manager - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring a Group AI Product Manager for our Athens team to define and drive the vision and long-term strategy for artificial intelligence at Kaizen, leading a team of AI product professionals.

This is a full-time hybrid position combining product leadership with deep knowledge of the ML/AI product lifecycle.

Define the AI product vision and strategy in alignment with Kaizen's overall strategy
Define success metrics (KPIs) and track the performance of AI products
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and customer requirements
Maintain the AI roadmap, ensuring impact-driven prioritization and data-driven decisions
Work closely with AI engineering management to execute the strategy

Strong product leadership experience, ideally in AI or ML-driven products
Solid knowledge of the machine learning / AI product lifecycle
Experience defining KPIs and tracking AI product performance
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Data-driven mindset with strong prioritization skills
