Group Product Manager, Gaming - Kaizen Gaming

We are hiring a Group Product Manager, Gaming for our Athens team's Casino RNG vertical. You will lead a Scrum team delivering a world-class portfolio of digital casino games through partnerships with leading game providers.

This is a full-time hybrid position offering the chance to shape a growing casino product line.

Lead one Scrum team as the Group Product Manager
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team
Partner with designers, engineers, and external game providers on product solutions
Lead discovery, development, and delivery of innovative casino product features
Optimize game discovery, engagement, and player retention through data-driven decisions

Experience as a Product Manager in gaming, casino, or a related digital product
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Experience partnering with external providers or vendors
Data-driven approach to product decisions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
