Head of Product, Account & Regulation - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring a Head of Product, Account & Regulation for our Athens team. You will own the product vision and strategy for platforms spanning Customers, Payments, Responsible Gaming, AML, and Regulatory Reporting.

This is a full-time hybrid, senior leadership position and a member of the company's Management Team.

Define the 12-month product strategy for the Account & Regulation vertical
Lead the product function across Customers, Payments, Responsible Gaming, and AML platforms
Ensure platforms meet quality, reliability, and compliance standards across markets
Lead a team of 4-8 product professionals directly and approximately 40 indirectly
Bridge Commercial, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology perspectives

Extensive senior product leadership experience in regulated platforms (payments, compliance, or AML)
Proven experience bridging Compliance, Legal, and Technology perspectives
Strong stakeholder management skills across a large, cross-functional organization
Experience defining and executing multi-quarter product strategy
Comfortable operating as part of a company Management Team
