Product Analyst - Kaizen Gaming

Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world, operating in 20 markets with more than 2,700 Kaizeners across 3 continents.

We are hiring a Product Analyst for our Platform team in Athens. You will bridge user understanding and data-driven decision-making, combining rigorous user research with strong product analytics fluency.

This is a full-time hybrid position for a hybrid user researcher and product analyst.

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover user needs and pain points
Design and run in-product micro-surveys
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling narratives
Define and monitor key product metrics tied to business outcomes
Ensure product decisions are grounded in both data and human insight

Experience combining user research and product analytics
Strong skills in qualitative research methods (interviews, surveys, shadowing)
Proficiency in product analytics tools and metrics definition
Strong storytelling ability to present data-driven findings
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
