We are hiring a Responsible Gaming Analyst for our St. Julian's, Malta team. You will safeguard player safety by monitoring player behaviour, managing escalated cases and conducting direct interventions, ensuring strict compliance with regulations and internal Duty of Care policies.

Responsibilities
• Analyse player behaviour patterns and game activity to identify early signs of problem gambling
• Manage daily escalations from Customer Experience and Fraud teams, conducting risk assessments
• Directly engage with at-risk players via email and phone regarding limits, self-exclusion and support
• Assist in preparing data reports to ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and Duty of Care policies
• Collaborate with the Safer Gambling team to refine processes and improve detection tools
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, with a minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to analyse player data, spot trends and make logical inferences about risk
• Fluent in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish or Danish)
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements connected to player safety
• Flexible thinker with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
